Matching finials to the moulded top, canted corners with full length cast floral mounts, original carrying handles to the sides of the case above well cast cherub faced break arch sound frets. The clock standing on well cast floral Rococo feet. Break arch dial with strike/silent subsidiary to the arch, Rococo floral cast spandrels to the corners, finely matted dial centre with date aperture and silvered makers aperture plate. Fine original blued steel hands. Eight day three train movement with pivoted verge escapement and bob regulated pendulum, chiming the quarters on a nest of eight graduated bells and the hour on a larger bell. The back plate signed by the maker Chas.
