Douglas of Sydney, Australia, and$1,2002,000later to James Smith & Co. of Auckland.The Aldebaran was hulked in Sydney in 1912 for the Union537Steamship Co. of New Zealand and bought by them to Hobart in 1920 for use as a coal hulk.
