Known to be from a series of portraits of residents of Corranderrk Mission, commissioned from Kruger in 1877-78 by the Board for the Protection of Aborigines.JOHNNY TERRICK had been forcibly rounded up at Mount Hope c.1872, by the Rev. John Green, the Missions first manager.
